TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Guests must provide accurate details (name, contact info) during booking.

  • 50% Payment will be required for Booking.

  • Another 50% to be paid at the time of Check In.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation is not applicable once the room is booked. So be carefull while selecting your desired stay.

  • 100% Refund is applicable if we failed to book your desired stay.

  • You will recieve a Booking Confirmation after completing your 50% payment.

3. Check-in/Check-out

  • We will let you know the timings after Confirming your booking.

  • Complete address of the stay will be provided after confirming your booking.

  • Customers are requested to properly enter the check in and check out dates along with the number of days while booking.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Comply with property rules.

  • Damage costs will be charged to the guest.

5. Property Rules & Safety

  • Not liable for lost/stolen items.

  • Properties may deny entry for misconduct.

6. Disputes & Liability

  • Hayat Stays facilitates bookings but isn’t liable for property conditions.

  • Report issues immediately during your stay.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data is used only for bookings and not shared without consent
